Position Required:

任职要求：
1、统计学、会计学相关专业；
2、一以年以上绩效核算经验，具备扎实的数据分析知识；
3、具备数据敏感度，熟练操作各类分析方法，对excel 操作熟练；
4、优秀毕业生可考虑；
5、具备较强逻辑思维、沟通能力；

岗位职责：
1、完成各业务部门的绩效数据测算、核算和绩效方案优化调整；
2、跟进和分析各业务部门的各项绩效指标达成情况；
3、开发、测算和完善库存分析报表、销售绩效数据报表；
4、其他专项绩效数据提供。
